Simi is a thirty-minute role simulation engine. We help individuals choose roles with evidence, and enterprises hire and develop talent against decisions that actually happened — not interview anecdotes.

Every score on a Simi Profile is linked back to the candidate's actual outputs — emails, briefs, risk logs. Hiring committees argue evidence, not impressions.

Thirty minutes is enough. One decision is enough. We'd rather ship one honest score than a hundred ambiguous ones.

    Anyone can read the scoring rules before, during, and after a run. No hidden vocabulary tests.

    Every assessor prompt is calibrated against human examiner consensus before it scores a candidate.

  • Region-hosted

    Data stays in the region you choose. No training on your candidates. Granular retention controls per cohort.

  • Honestly labelled

    Live, in calibration, on the roadmap. We show the ledger instead of dressing up a roadmap as inventory.
